Paul Kacik is a Managing Director and Head of Healthcare Investment Banking with Hexagon Capital Alliance LLC, a leading investment banking firm servicing middle-market, founder-led companies.  He has over 25 years of healthcare investment banking experience and has been involved in 100+ M&A transactions for his clients in the healthcare industry.

Paul has advised numerous Behavioral Health companies on completing successful sale transactions.  These include provider organizations within outpatient and residential mental health and addiction treatment, autism treatment, occupational and physical therapy, as well as I/DD treatment.

Prior to joining Hexagon Captial Alliance, Paul was a senior healthcare investment banker at several leading firms, including serving as Managing Director and Head of Head of Healthcare Investment Banking at Opus Bank, Managing Director of Healthcare Investment Banking at Duff & Phelps, as well as Head of Healthcare Investment Banking at both Wells Fargo Securities and D.A. Davidson.

 

Paul earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern California and an MBA from the Cass Business School at the City University of London.
